Care & Information

We ship within the United Kingdom only.

How We Send Your Order

Everything goes out by Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked. Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days — each piece is checked and wrapped by hand before it leaves us.

Tracking Your Order

When you order, the confirmation page gives you an order reference — please keep it. Once your parcel is posted we email you the Royal Mail tracking number, which you can follow at royalmail.com/track-your-item. Please check your spam folder if it doesn't appear, and message us with your reference if you'd like an update sooner.

Shipping Costs

• Free UK shipping on orders over £150.
• Orders below £150 are charged £4.99 for Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked, shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, send us a message with your order number and we'll chase it with Royal Mail.

Packaging

We reuse and recycle packaging wherever we can, and we'd love you to do the same.

We are a small, slow fashion house — every piece is one of a kind. Please read this before ordering, and do get in touch if anything is unclear.

Changed Your Mind

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you'd like to return it. Send us a message with your order number, the date of purchase and the reason for the return, and let us know whether you'd prefer a refund or an exchange.

Once we've replied with the return details, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

• Unworn and in the condition you received them
• Returned with any original tags
• Sent using a Royal Mail Tracked service — we cannot accept untracked returns

Return postage is paid by you. We refund the cost of the item; the original shipping charge is not refunded unless the item was faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We'll put it right — with a replacement, a repair, or a full refund including postage.

Refunds

Please allow up to 10 working days from the day your return reaches us for it to be processed. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Returns received after the 14 day window, or in an unsatisfactory condition, will be posted back to you.

A Note On Sizing

Every piece is made and embroidered by hand, so measurements vary slightly. Do check the details on each piece before ordering — and as a small business, we'd gently ask you not to order several pieces simply to try them on.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel a distance purchase and your rights in respect of faulty goods.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly.

Information We Collect

We may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Billing and delivery address (collected securely by Stripe at checkout)
• Order history
• IP address, briefly, to prevent abuse of our website (see below)

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Process and deliver your orders
• Communicate with you regarding your purchases
• Issue and recognise a welcome discount code if you register
• Prevent fraud and abuse — for example, limiting how many times an IP address can call our checkout or registration in a short space of time
• Comply with legal obligations

Registering

Registering for the welcome discount stores your name and email address with Stripe, our payment processor, so that a discount code can be issued to you and recognised at checkout. There is no password and no login: we do not create or hold account credentials. Your order references are kept in your own browser on the device you ordered from, not on our servers, and clearing your browser data or choosing "Remove my details from this device" on the My Details page removes them. To have your registration itself deleted, message us.

Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

Cookies

We don't use cookies, and we don't run any analytics or advertising tracking. Your shopping bag and registration details are kept in your browser's local storage, on your device only. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.

Your Rights

Where applicable, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Restrict processing
• Object to processing
• Request data portability

Third Parties

We may share your information with trusted service providers such as payment processors and delivery companies solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Changes

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated policy.

1. Introduction

Welcome to our online store. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

3. Products

We make every effort to display our products, colours and descriptions accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting or manufacturing differences.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pound Sterling (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or other legitimate reasons.

6. Payment

We accept secure online payments through the payment methods displayed during checkout. Your payment information is processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.

7. Shipping

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Shipping is £4.99, free on orders over £150. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

8. Returns

Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for detailed information.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, graphics, text and designs, is the property of the store or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable within the United Kingdom.

12. Contact

For any questions regarding these Terms & Conditions, send us a message.

We Don't Use Cookies

Le Vey doesn't set cookies of any kind — no essential cookies, no analytics, no advertising or marketing cookies. We don't use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any similar tracking tool, and there is no cookie consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

What We Use Instead

Your shopping bag and, if you register for the welcome discount, your name and email are kept in your browser's local storage — a similar idea to a cookie, but it stays on your device rather than being sent to us with every request, and we don't use it to track you around the web. Clearing your browser data removes it, as does the "Remove my details from this device" option on the My Details page.

IP Address

When you use our checkout, registration or contact forms, our server briefly checks your IP address to prevent automated abuse (for example, a script generating hundreds of discount codes). It isn't linked to your name or used to track your browsing, and isn't kept for longer than needed for that purpose.

Third-Party Services

Stripe, our payment processor, may set its own cookies when you're on their checkout page. That happens on their domain and is covered by Stripe's own privacy policy, not ours.

This website is operated by Le Vey, trading from 9 Cambrian Place, Aberystwyth SY23 1NT, United Kingdom. For any enquiry, see Contact Us below.
