Registering for the welcome discount stores your name and email address with Stripe, our payment processor, so that a discount code can be issued to you and recognised at checkout. There is no password and no login: we do not create or hold account credentials. Your order references are kept in your own browser on the device you ordered from, not on our servers, and clearing your browser data or choosing "Remove my details from this device" on the My Details page removes them. To have your registration itself deleted, message us.

How We Send Your Order
Everything goes out by Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked. Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days — each piece is checked and wrapped by hand before it leaves us.
Tracking Your Order
When you order, the confirmation page gives you an order reference — please keep it. Once your parcel is posted we email you the Royal Mail tracking number, which you can follow at royalmail.com/track-your-item. Please check your spam folder if it doesn't appear, and message us with your reference if you'd like an update sooner.
Shipping Costs
- Free UK shipping on orders over £100.
- Orders below £100 are charged £4.99 for Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked, shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, send us a message with your order number and we'll chase it with Royal Mail.
Packaging
We reuse and recycle packaging wherever we can, and we'd love you to do the same.
Returns & Refund Policy
We are a small, slow fashion house — every piece is one of a kind. Please read this before ordering, and do get in touch if anything is unclear.
Changed Your Mind
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you'd like to return it. Send us a message with your order number, the date of purchase and the reason for the return, and let us know whether you'd prefer a refund or an exchange.
Once we've replied with the return details, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unworn and in the condition you received them
- Returned with any original tags
- Sent using a Royal Mail Tracked service — we cannot accept untracked returns
Return postage is paid by you. We refund the cost of the item; the original shipping charge is not refunded unless the item was faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We'll put it right — with a replacement, a repair, or a full refund including postage.
Refunds
Please allow up to 10 working days from the day your return reaches us for it to be processed. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Returns received after the 14 day window, or in an unsatisfactory condition, will be posted back to you.
A Note On Sizing
Every piece is made and embroidered by hand, so measurements vary slightly. Do check the details on each piece before ordering — and as a small business, we'd gently ask you not to order several pieces simply to try them on.

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel a distance purchase and your rights in respect of faulty goods.
